What would you do if you won the National Lottery? How would you spend the money? These are questions most of us have asked ourselves at one time or other (some of us more often than others!). This is a play that asks those same questions and explores the affect such a win might have on the lives of an ordinary family.

Jean and Morris Sod, an average, struggling couple, have nothing on Friday and by Saturday evening they are Lottery millionaires and, quite naturally, they think it is a dream come true. But is it? The play combines John Godber's usual mix of strong northern language and humour and a sharp understanding of what makes us all human.
